The second edition of the hackathon “Dialogue for the Future” will be organised from 5 to 8 December at the Marsh Open Space in Belgrade.

Out of more than 100 applications, 25 young developers, designers, activists from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia have been selected for the competition. They will work together to find and create teams in two days innovative solutions to enhance dialogue and social cohesion in these three countries.

Teams, with the support and assistance of mentors, will work on solutions that can be in the field of digital content (web or mobile application, search engine, browser add-ons, social networking solutions…) or part of activities or campaigns involving the use of digital technology.

Hackathon is being organised by Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence under the regional program “Dialogue for the Future: Strengthening Dialogue and Social Cohesion in / between Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia”, implemented by UNDP, UNICEF and UNESCO and funded by the UN Peace building Fund (UN PBF).
