The training “How to achieve successful cooperation with the business sector?” will be held on October 18 and 19, 2022 as part of the project “Active citizens – a better society” supported by the American Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by the Belgrade Open School (BOŠ ) in cooperation with the Foundation BFPE for a Responsible Society and the Balkan Research Network (BIRN).
During the first day of training, representatives of organizations will have the opportunity to exchange their previous experiences and information in cooperation with the business sector and realized projects. Then they will learn about the obstacles to the development of partnership, values and principles as well as benefits and risks for partners. After that, the participants will deal with the mapping of potential partners from the business sector. During the second day of training, representatives of the organization will learn more about different forms of partnerships, as well as building relationships and maintaining partnerships. Finally, through the “Ready for Partnership” exercise, they will try to apply everything previously learned.
The training will be led by Milica Mišković, a practitioner in the field of sustainability with more than ten years of experience in development projects financed by USAID, GIZ, the European Commission, as well as in providing consulting services to leading companies in Serbia.
