The online discussion under the title “The European Perspective of the Western Balkans in the Times of Crisis” will be held on March 16th.
The discussion will revolve around the newest Visegrad Insight’s “Western Balkans Scenarios 2030 Report” (to be published beginning of March 2022) that outlines potential scenarios for the region, as well as offers recommendations on how to approach them. Although the Western Balkan’s EU integration process has taken years now, challenging questions remain and new ones arise as to the future of this region. Our distinguished guests will be Pavol Demeš, Senior Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States in Bratislava, Shpetim Gashi, Vice President at the Council for Inclusive Governance, and Jelica Minić, President at the European Movement in Serbia. Tetiana Pollak-Grujić, EU Neighbourhood Programme Manager at the Visegrad Insight will present the report. The discussion will be moderated by Svetlana Stefanović, Executive Director at the Foundation BFPE for a Responsible Society.
