Training in Reform Compass

With the support of the Bertelsmann Foundation, we are organizing a training in its «Reform Compass» (RC).
RC presents a tool for analysis and policy planning, developed since 2006, and used in four concrete cases of policy development and implementation in Germany: Helmut Kohl’s pension reform; Germany’s Agenda 2010; Schroeder’s Govt. pension system reform; and healthcare reform of Merkel’s Government.
Named RC in 2012, its purpose is to advance strategic and organizational capabilities of future and current participants in changes/reforms within one society (coming from the ranks of decision makers, as well as civil society).
