Active Citizens-Better Society: Kick-off training

From 1 to 3 March, an introductory training will be held in Sabac for those partners whose proposals have been approved under the project “Active Citizens – Better Society: Advocating for Cooperation and Democratic Development” for 2020, implemented by the Belgrade Open School (BOS) in collaboration with the BFPE and BIRN, and support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
CSOs that have received project support under the second round of the program are:

- Consumer protection – Improving regulations on plastic bags and aligning local utility decisions with the Consumer Protection Act
- Zajecar Initiative – Kraljevica for all of us
- Business Association of Local and Independent Media “Local Press” – Creating content for young people
- Labris – Lesbian Human Rights Organization – Diversity in the Workplace
