First, introductory seminar of the Women Parliamentary Network (WPN), prepared primarily for first-time MPs in the new convocation of the National Assembly, will be held on Friday, 13 and Saturday, 14 June in Arandjelovac.

Seminar agenda, in which a prominent role will have those MPs (or ex-MPs) who have contributed to WPN before (Gordana Čomić, Donka Banović, Tamara Tripić, Marija Obradović, Dubravka Filipovski and Stefana Miladinović) can be downloaded here.

We expect that we will have the honour of welcoming – President of the National Assembly Maja Gojković; OSCE Mission to Serbia Chief Peter Burkhardt; while we have also invited Gouvernor of the National Bank of the Republic of Serbia Jorgovanka Tabaković, Slavica Djukić-Dejanović and Sanda Rašković-Ivić, wishing for our participants to hear their thoughts on women leaders in what is otherwise a dominantly male environment.

Seminar is organized by the OSCE within a joint project of the National Assembly, OSCE Mission to Serbia and BFPE.
