With representatives of local government and local politicians in Novi Sad

Within the framework of the project “For more women in decision-making”, BFPE team will visit Kraljevo on Friday, where they will organize a meeting with representatives of local government and local politicians.

Once again we will discuss the importance of local mechanisms created to ensure gender equality, as well as examples of good practice in organizing women in politics and political bodies. What will also be discussed is the state of affairs and future steps for the promotion of gender equality in Novi Sad.

This project is implemented in cooperation with the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, and with the financial support of the Royal Netherlands Embassy within the MATRA program. So far, similar meetings have been organized in Zrenjanin, Novi Pazar, Backa Petrovac, Presevo, Nis, Paracin and Kraljevo.
