Green Parliamentary Group visiting Zasavica nature reserve

On 11 April, the informal Green Parliamentary Group will visit the nature reserve of Zasavica.

Zasavica is protected as nature reserve since 1997. In the working part of the visit, MPs and MPs will listen to a lecture on the importance of protected natural assets and the state’s role in nature protection, as well as the significance of the development of sustainable tourism in Serbia.

The realisation of this activity was supported by UNDP in Serbia, within the project “Strengthening capacities for improved implementation of international agreements in the field of environment protection” funded by the Global Fund for Environmental Protection.
