The second seminar of the 20th cycle of the annual seminar will be held from June 9 to 11, 2023 in Niš. During this seminar, our participants will have the opportunity to discuss regional cooperation as a prerequisite for a better future of the Western Balkans.

View from the outside – regional cooperation of the Western Balkans, Serbia at a turning point – how far is the European Union, (Good) neighborly relations – a prerequisite for a better future, China’s role in the new world order, Sustainability of Serbia’s military neutrality, Belgrade and Pristina 2030 – where are we now are the topics that will be discussed. In addition, attendees will participate in leadership and debate workshops.

The seminar is organized by the BFPE Foundation for a Responsible Society in partnership with the Wilfried Martens Center for European Studies and the Hanns Seidel Foundation and with the support of the Council of Europe, the OSCE Mission to Serbia.
