Together with our friends and partners from the Forum Serbia Germany, we have presented our flagship programs and projects at the inaugural “Serbian Visions”, first of its kind multi-congress of civil society (CS) in Serbia, which was organized in cooperation with the Delegation of German Commerce in Serbia (AHK). BFPE and Forum’s presentation was entitled “Education for the Challenges of the Future” – since this is what we believe we do.
In front of more than 50 guests and alumni, our Jelena Volic-Hellbusch, Zarko Stepanovic and Damjan Malbasic, along with Forum’s Bojan Predojevic, spoke on how BFPE approaches social change, how it understands CS intervention in complex social processes, and how it intends to be a responsible policy actor insisting first and foremost on comprehensive political education and a culture of (democratic) dialogue.
Zarko provided an overview of our Annual Seminar and Regional Academy for Democracy, Damjan of the Belgrade Security Forum, while Mr. Predojevic presented the ideas behind Belgrade Dialogues.
