DGAP publication on regional cooperation in the Western Balkans presents the result of a full-year process of strategic forecasting of 15 experts from the Western Balkans and EU Member States.
Scenarios here presented indicate possible options and represent a thought experiment that aims to illuminate the neglected strategic options and point to the possible directions of development and their assumptions.
