As part of the BFPE Forum 2025, the Foundation BFPE for a Responsible Society ceremonially awarded diplomas to the participants of the Annual Seminar, symbolically marking the completion of another successful cycle of this long-term educational program, implemented within the framework of the Council of Europe’s School of Political Studies.
The diploma award ceremony represented the final and particularly meaningful moment of the program, confirming the participants’ commitment to the values of democracy, human rights, the rule of law, and active civic engagement. Throughout the Annual Seminar, participants had the opportunity—through seminars, workshops, discussions, and study visits—to enhance their knowledge, develop critical thinking skills, and build a strong network of cooperation with peers and experts from various fields.
The BFPE Forum 2025 brought together representatives of institutions, civil society, academia, and international partners, providing a space for the exchange of ideas on contemporary political, social, and democratic challenges. In this context, awarding diplomas to the Annual Seminar participants further highlighted the importance of investing in education, networking, and the empowerment of new generations of leaders.
The Foundation BFPE for a Responsible Society continues, through the Annual Seminar and other educational programs, to contribute to strengthening democratic culture, active citizenship, and European values in Serbia and the wider region.
