The online educational seminar within the “Dialogue for the Future” program continued on October 13th, 2020. This Tuesday, the participants had the opportunity to gain new knowledge about teamwork and personal finance management, but also the importance of proper personal presentation.

In the first part, the participants were addressed by Goran Gondja, alumni of BFPE, educator of political knowledge and skills of NDI, but also educator of media literacy IREX. Goran shared with the participants the knowledge regarding teamwork with a special focus on different team roles and their characteristics, but also on the stages of team development.

In the second part, the participants were addressed by Karolina Herbut, financial advisor, educator and business coach. Seminar participants heard more about personal finance management and how to take control of it, how to create passive income and additional earnings, but also to increase their savings, all in order to achieve personal and professional goals.

In the third and last part of this week’s seminar, the participants were addressed by Svetlana Stefanovic, program coordinator of the Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence. Svetlana shared her knowledge with the participants about the correct personal presentation, including the correct composition of the motivation letter and biography.

Online educational seminars are organized by the Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence within the Joint Regional Program “Dialogue for the Future: Improving Dialogue and Social Cohesion in / between Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and the Republic of Serbia”, conducted by UNDP, UNICEF and UNESCO, and funded by UN Peacebuilding Fund (UN PBF).
